Residential Treatment
Service Overview
What is the Residential Rehab Program like?
Wellbrook’s inpatient residential program offers a comprehensive range of in-facility clinical services, aiming to provide 35 hours of therapy per week immersed in a recovery focused environment. This includes at least two group sessions daily, and multiple individual one-on-one sessions weekly, covering various recovery aspects such as process-oriented discussions, psychoeducation, sobriety skills, and therapy talks and exercises.
The program holistically addresses addiction development, co-occurring issues, and includes family coordination. Get a multi-week deep reset while immersed in your recovery, and have fun while you’re at it!
Does this sound like you?
-
01Your day-to-day life is suffering and you neglect important responsibilities
and relationships because you’re stuck. -
02You drink (or use) away your problems and stresses, using
substances to handle emotional pain. -
03You suspect you have some underlying, unresolved, vexing
struggles that keep triggering addiction and self-loathing. -
04You’ve tried drug or alcohol outpatient addiction treatment, but
it didn’t stick - you need an immersive recovery haven.
Inpatient Residential Treatment is your answer
Our Inpatient
Addiction Treatment
Center includes
Evidence-based substance abuse treatment
During inpatient addiction rehab, you’ll work with our team of licensed addiction counselors — both in group and one-on-one settings — to uncover and address the root causes of your addiction, build crucial coping skills and stress management techniques, and learn how to avoid and manage triggers that could result in relapse.
Individual Case
management
Throughout your time in our facility, your case manager will help you reach your recovery goals effectively and plan for your life after rehab, working with you on job placement or school enrollment, living arrangements, setting you up with weekly group meetings, and anything else you need to live a functional, sober life outside of our residential drug and alcohol treatment center.
Life skills education
We believe that managing responsibilities, money, stress, and a daily routine can help avoid relapse. Our life skills workshops help you build these abilities. We’ll help you learn how to handle stress in a healthy way, manage your career development, take care of financial responsibilities, maintain a proper diet, and communicate more effectively.
Relapse prevention - Alumni Program
These sessions will help you focus on gaining tools specifically related to maintaining recovery, including good routines, trigger and overload avoidance, learning how to have a fulfilling sober social life, and also building practical foundations for living a life of abstinence, like practicing self-care and self-love.
