What does the PHP Outpatient program look like?
Partial Hospitalization drug and alcohol treatment is a full-day outpatient rehab program where the patient can return home once the day’s treatment is over. In PHP, patients continue to address the roots of their addiction and build strategies that help make their recovery as sustainable as possible. PHP offers a great way to transition from inpatient care to a more independent lifestyle while still receiving the support and guidance necessary to stay on track with recovery.
Our PHP runs six days per week, five hours a day. It is a short-term treatment program, expected to last for several weeks, depending on the severity of your case, the suitability of your home environment, and the speed of your progress.

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a structured and secure environment for clients seeking help during recovery. Within our facility, you will begin your day at one of our aftercare and outpatient centers. Generally, PHP outpatient treatment runs 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. PHP addiction care encompasses therapy, psychoeducation, skill-building, troubleshooting and other group and personalized services.
Through this comprehensive approach, clients establish positive routines while reintegrating into society. As you strive for a sustainable life in recovery, we serve as an invaluable source of support, accountability, and motivation.

Recognizing that the journey to recovery is continuous, WellBrook Recovery’s PHP maintains much of the oversight level of an inpatient facility. The multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals works closely with individuals to assess their needs, identify factors contributing to their challenges, and maintain a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses these issues.

Our professionals make a holistic evaluation of the development of your recovery, and delve into any underlying trauma or mental health issues. As we treat mental health issues, we coordinate family sessions with a therapist to ensure that your home life is conducive to lasting sobriety.

PHP reinforces healthy coping skills, trigger avoidance, and relapse prevention techniques. The program includes a comprehensive approach, featuring individual substance abuse counseling, life skills workshops, participation in our holistic-based recovery services, and dual-diagnosis treatment.
