Partial Hospitalization Program for Addiction Treatment
What is PHP?
PHP is a structured day-treatment level of care for people who need more support than standard outpatient treatment but do not require 24-hour residential care.
Partial Hospitalization drug and alcohol treatment at Wellbrook Recovery is an intensive full-day outpatient rehab program at our facility. PHP offers a great way to transition from inpatient care to a more independent lifestyle while still receiving the support and guidance necessary to stay on track with recovery. In PHP, clients continue to address the roots of their addiction and build strategies that help make their recovery as sustainable as possible while they live in the real world.Â
Our PHP runs up to six days per week, five hours a day. We offer options of 4, 5 and 6 day per week PHP schedules, designed to fit each individual’s clinical and personal needs. PHP is generally expected to last for several weeks, depending on the specifics of each client, the suitability of their home environment, and the speed of their progress.

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a structured and secure environment for clients seeking help during recovery. Clients spend a few daytime hours multiple several times a week at our facility benefiting from group and private sessions. PHP encompasses therapy, psychoeducation, skill-building, sober real-life rebuilding.
Through this comprehensive approach, clients establish positive routines while reintegrating into society. As you strive for a sustainable life in recovery, we serve as an invaluable source of support, accountability, and motivation.
Five-star addiction care
Recognizing that the journey to recovery is continuous, WellBrook Recovery’s PHP maintains much of the oversight level of an inpatient facility. The multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals works closely with individuals to assess their needs, identify factors contributing to their challenges, and maintain a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses these issues.
The supportive and therapeutic environment at WellBrook Recovery along with peers in recovery plays a vital role in the success of PHP. A lower level of care provides the advantage of real life therapy and treatment programming. Utilizing a multimodality approach, our therapists think up creative, calming ways to teach you how to stay emotionally healthy without the use of substances.
Our professionals make a holistic evaluation of the development of your recovery, and delve into any underlying trauma or mental health issues. As we treat mental health issues, we coordinate family sessions with a therapist to ensure that your home life is conducive to lasting sobriety.
Comprehensive addiction rehabilitation
PHP reinforces healthy coping skills, trigger avoidance, and relapse prevention techniques. The program includes a comprehensive approach, featuring individual substance abuse counseling, life skills workshops, participation in our holistic-based recovery services, and dual-diagnosis treatment.
Additionally, it provides ongoing support through group therapy sessions and access to mental health professionals, ensuring a well-rounded recovery experience.
