Wellbrook Recovery

Because the sobriety journey doesn’t end when treatment does

While we all wish that addiction rehab is the complete solution and upon graduation, you’re just set for life, realistically though, several weeks of rehab is not enough. Moving beyond addiction is a continuous and sometimes trying process, and graduates from our program need an alumni program as robust as ours to stay in touch with their recovery and carry them into real life.

The two ways our alumni program
ensures your success

A strong support network

Our alumni program is built on the power of peer support—those who have walked along the same path. Our dedicated alumni network provides ongoing events, encouragement, and resources, helping you stay connected to your recovery. Together, we foster a network of support that ensures no one has to complete this courageous journey alone.

Sobriety remains a focus

After treatment, you’d be surprised how quickly life settles down. Work and family responsibilities continue to crop up from right where you left them. Distractions abound, and it’s easy to lose focus on maintaining sobriety. With our alumni program, recovery maintains a critical space in your everyday life. During our events and meetings, you’ll be reminded of the therapies and lessons, keeping sobriety front and center for a truly blessed life.

My Second Home

Highly Recommend

" The alumni AA house meetings are the best I’ve ever attended. Even though I’m not there anymore, I stay connected with the staff and fellow alumni. I highly recommend Wellbrook to anyone struggling
with addiction. "

Amazing Program

" The alumni program is amazing, with activities like softball and volleyball, as well as watching parties. It offers a safe way to stay engaged without feeling triggered, and the staff continues to support us long after we’ve left the program. "

Loneliness doesn’t just affect mental health. It can affect recovery outcomes, too.

NIDA and CDC studies have linked chronic loneliness and social isolation to increased rates of substance misuse and relapse vulnerability.

That’s one reason supportive environments matter so much in recovery.

Having people around who encourage accountability and growth can make a meaningful difference during difficult moments.

What’s one form of connection that has made a difference in your life or recovery journey?
🎉 Congratulations to Karl on reaching one year of sobriety!

So proud of you, Karl! 🤩

What if one of the biggest risk factors in addiction isn’t weakness… but disconnection?

Disconnection from purpose.
Disconnection from people.
Disconnection from self.

Recovery often involves rebuilding those connections slowly over time:
through structure, vulnerability, accountability, friendship, family, and support.

A healthy recovery environment creates opportunities for people to reconnect in ways addiction may have interrupted for years.

And sometimes, that starts with something as simple as eating lunch together, showing up for group, or realizing someone else understands exactly how you feel.
