Frequently Asked Questions

Is this program in-person or virtual?
It's in person, right here in Wellbrook's community room. We've found it just feels better to be together for this kind of support.
How much does it cost to attend?
The program is completely free to attend. No fees, no catches. We are committed to community health and support.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
We're happy to have others join, but each attendee must register individually. Please feel free to share the registration link with anyone who may benefit.
Do I need to attend every session?
Not at all. While attending the full series can be especially valuable, each session is designed to stand on its own, so you can join whichever ones work for your schedule.
